What this service does

Sid Finds Out uses an Instagram automation to reply privately when someone posts a matching comment on content published by @sidfindsout.

Information processed

The automation may process the Instagram comment text, comment identifier, media identifier, and the account identifier supplied by Instagram. It also records whether an automated reply was sent, along with the reply text and delivery status. It does not ask commenters for passwords or payment information.

How information is used

This information is used only to match a requested keyword, send the configured direct message, prevent duplicate replies, and diagnose delivery failures. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and security

Instagram access credentials are encrypted at rest and cannot be viewed through the Life OS interface after they are saved. Delivery records are accessible only to the site administrator and service providers needed to operate the automation.

Service providers

The service relies on Meta/Instagram for social interactions, Vercel for hosting, and Supabase for application data. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Retention

Automation records are retained only while useful for operating and troubleshooting the service, then deleted or anonymised.

Data deletion

To request deletion of information associated with an Instagram interaction, email siddharth.defi@gmail.com with the Instagram username and the relevant post or comment. Requests will be reviewed and completed after ownership can be reasonably verified.
